Hills & Hearth offers comprehensive consulting for the entire home from the inside out. Get your house “Show Ready” with this 60-90 minute appointment (depending on the size of the home) that creates a fully detailed plan so that your home shows it's very best prior to listing.
Did you know you only have seven seconds to make a positive first impression? That's why we begin our consultations by addressing curb appeal in order to make a powerful first impression. Our goal is to “WOW! potential buyers right out of the gate. Next, we walk through the property and give you suggestions on how to maximize your homes selling potential. We make recommendations for what items and accessories should stay, and what items should be edited. We discuss and examine home repairs and improvements, de-cluttering, cleaning, room function, furniture and accessory placement, de-personalizing, paint color selection, and the overall curb appeal of the home. At the end of the consultation we will provide you with a customized report that lists and prioritizes the action items covered during our walk, and will equip you for maximizing your return on investment when selling.
Soft Staging
Traditional home staging typically requires the use of new or rented larger furniture items such as beds, couches, etc. Instead, we offer an excellent alternative for a smaller investment. Hills & Hearth will style your vacant, occupied, or short-term rental listing(s) using contemporary art and accessories in order to make your property more warm and inviting to potential buyers. Not only does this service help define each room, it is also another cost-effective marketing tool that allows potential buyers to imagine themselves living in those spaces.
Room Refresh or E-Design
Want a fresh look? Are your rooms looking unfinished? Don’t know where to start? We can help you improve your home or rental space by reorganizing, repurposing, rearranging and editing furniture and accessories in order to create a warm, inviting and stress-free environment for your day to day living. We flex our creative muscles by working with furnishings that you already own, and can also provide personal shopping services to add the perfect finishing touches if needed. For an additional fee, we can collaborate with you on 3-D renderings using software that allows you to conceptualize the space you are envisioning.
